She discovered scuba diving at the age of 12, and it was love at first sight for her. As soon as she turned 18 she left for her first season as scuba diving guide in the Red Sea, and immediately understood that she wanted to work as dive professional for life. She became instructor and shortly afterwards discovered what is now her greatest passion together with teaching: technical diving. After a few seasons between the Red Sea and on board a diving cruise in Thailand as an instructor, she returned to Italy, graduated in Languages for Tourism and International Trade and continued with her underwater professional growth. Today she is an SSI Instructor Trainer and technical instructor. Cave diver and lover of all overhead environments, she loves exploring any flooded environment, even if her greatest love always remains the sea.

Diver since 2003, he immediately became passionate about wrecks and deep diving. Today he is XR Instructor Trainer SSI, Hypoxic, SCR and closed environment Instructor. Environmental protection is very close to his heart, in fact he has been working for years as a volunteer for the Marevivo sub division , fishing out abandoned nets throughout Italy. President of XR Scuba Academy, a dynamic school in the Milan area; his true passion is teaching. Over the years he has specialized in the training of professionals and technical courses which lead him to travel a lot, in the Maldives, the Canary Islands, Egypt, as well as throughout Italy. For Roby, being in fresh or salt water, at 5 or 30 degrees, matters little, just being there...

Since he was a child, water has been his natural element, competitive swimmer, water polo player, lifeguard, diver since 1996 and OTS since 2000.

At just 18 years old, the day after his high school exam he left to have his first experience as a Divemaster and it was from here that he concentrated all his energies to become an established professional.

In 2003 together with his brothers he opened his first Diving Center on the island of Vulcano, in 2009 another in Palermo and in 2020 on Isola delle Femmine. After 18 years of career in PADI he was involved in the SSI project and became both a recreational and XR Instructor Trainer. Passionate about wrecks, quarries and all diving in general in any configuration, CCR, SCR, SCUBA, OC.

He is always continuously looking for personal training with the best professionals in the world to transmit more and more to his students.

He manages and participates in various projects to safeguard the marine ecosystem with Marevivo, Sea Shepherd, WWF, Healthy Seas, Universities and many others.

One of his strengths... nothing escapes him... his flaw... he's also good at making Gin Tonics!

Born under the sign of Pisces, water has always been synonymous with well-being and fun.

Graduated in primary education sciences in 2013, her first diving course came as a surprise as a graduation gift, after a try scuba in Thailand. It was love straight away, developing skills in the recreational field first and then in the technical field.

In 2017 her passion for diving and teaching came together, becoming an SSI instructor. Her professional experience develops between XR Scuba Academy , Diving School in the Milan area, the Aeolian Islands and the coast of Isola delle Femmine.

She is thrilled to approach and accompany people as they take their first breath underwater, dedicate herself to the education of the little ones and share the magic of the submerged environment.

She particularly loves warm waters, curious about different ways of diving: Sidemount, Mermaid, SCR, CCR and Scooter.
